We Are GLOBAL Women was founded from a simple but powerful observation: across the world, there is extraordinary leadership, talent, and commitment working to improve society - yet too often these efforts remain fragmented.
Women are leading transformative work across business, research, policy, health, and community life. At the same time, societies are navigating rapid change: shifting economic structures, evolving gender expectations, increasing mental health pressures, and the growing influence of digital environments on public discourse.
These realities are frequently discussed in isolation, or framed in ways that create division rather than solutions. We believe progress requires something different.
We Are GLOBAL Women was created as a platform that connects leadership across sectors and genders to foster collaboration, evidence-based dialogue, and meaningful action. Our aim is not to create another conversation space, but to build the infrastructure that allows ideas, research, and partnerships to translate into real-world outcomes.
At the heart of this initiative is the belief that sustainable progress depends on collaboration, thoughtful leadership, and a commitment to building healthier systems for individuals, organisations, and communities.
Through We Are GLOBAL Women and our associated Think Tank, we aim to connect research to policy, leadership to opportunity, and insight to implementation.
